User Data Deletion

At My Bible, we respect your privacy and provide a simple way to manage and delete your information.

Delete via Application

The fastest way to remove your account and all associated data.

  1. 1Open the My Bible app on your device.
  2. 2Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
  3. 3Select Account Settings.
  4. 4Tap on Delete Account and confirm your request.

Delete via Email

If you cannot access the app, our support team can help.

Send an email to support@mybible.world with the subjectData Deletion Request.

Please include in your message:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The device type you used to access the app
  • (Optional) Reason for deletion to help us improve

Requests are usually processed within 48 to 72 business hours.

What data will be deleted?

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all personal information including your name, email, reading progress, saved verses, and AI chat history. Some non-personally identifiable analytical data may be retained for internal metrics, but it cannot be linked back to you.
